Commercial Capital Worldwide Funding was founded with the recognition that the banking community was not meeting the capital needs of the small and mid sized business community. This fact remains true today. Banks, and other business lenders, have cumbersome lending processes that take weeks (if not longer) to process and they typically want to see your business plan, your tax returns and your personal financial statements. The approval rate to small business from traditional lending institutions is extremely low; and typically those that are approved are required to put up personal collateral as a condition to funding. We are business people that understand your need for cash is a reality of doing business. But unlike banks, the reason you need the cash is not our concern, nor is your personal balance sheet.

Our clients enjoy institutional product offerings without the bureaucratic red tape typically associated with sophisticated lending platforms. The company was co-founded by Eugene Porter, Jr.,Ives Pieere and Marvin Wright, who bring with them nearly 35 years of experience in all facets of real estate lending. With them, they bring a cohesive management team, operational staff, and sales force; some of our team members have been together with our senior management for as long as 15 years. We understand that relationships and service provide the cornerstone for the firm’s continued success.
